Shipping Locations  
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time.  

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Standard Express Shipping - FREE for all UK orders
Express Shipping - £2.99 per order

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days before contacting us.  
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.  

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to retrieve the package.  
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
